- Strictly non-smoking & non-vaping in units ($150 decontamination fee)
- Only registered assistance animals allowed (other pets = $150 + eviction)
- No shellfish, strong spices or burnt toast (odour removal costs apply)
- No EV charging on site – use ChargeNet 2 min away
- Please do not rearrange furniture
- Visitors welcome before 10pm only
