Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. As a family-run motel, we try to be as flexible as possible while ensuring we can continue to operate efficiently. Please review our cancellation terms below.

Standard Cancellation Terms

1. Free Cancellation

Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge provided they give notice by 2:00pm, two days prior to their scheduled arrival date.

• Example: If your arrival is scheduled for 31 March, you must cancel by 2:00pm on 29 March to avoid any fees.

2. Late Cancellation Fee

Cancellations received after the free cancellation deadline (2:00pm, two days prior to arrival) but before the scheduled arrival date will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to one night’s accommodation at the booked rate.

3. No-Show Policy

If you do not arrive on your scheduled check-in date and have not cancelled your booking, you will be charged the full cost of the reservation.

5. Third-Party Bookings

Please note that bookings made via third-party websites (such as Booking.com or Expedia) are subject to the terms and conditions outlined on those platforms. We recommend checking your booking confirmation from these providers for their specific cancellation policies, as they may differ from our standard terms.

6. Peak Periods & Special Events

During peak seasons, public holidays, or major local events, different cancellation terms may apply at management's discretion. Any variations to the standard policy will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.
